Match Report
Bloxham School 2nd XV vs  Kingham Hill School Boys-U18A
On: Wednesday, 20 Sep 2017
Venue: at Home

A game littered with injury and even a move from one pitch to another, saw Bloxham take on their Cotswolds dwelling neighbours in a closely fought contest. Bloxham went in to the half (on Main Field after a neck injury led to a move) with a 12-0 lead, having scored tries through an ill Price barraging his way over, and Prior diving over after good support. The second half saw some expansive play allowing Graham and then Helyer, playing as prop, to go over the whitewash and secure a deserved victory. Ill discpline led to scores against the home side and will have to be ironed out to eradicate the silly mistakes but it was also good to see McNicholas lead from the front in his first start for the school. MoM: Prior - tackles aplenty, a try and much improved decision making.
