Match Report
Bloxham School 2nd XV vs  Bishop Vesey's Grammar School
On: Saturday, 18 Nov 2017
Venue: Away

Frustration reigned supreme as an attempt to eradicate the loss of the week before was well on track at half-time, leading 12-0, after tries from Paul and Craven. The loss of Morgan to the 1st XV was a blow and meant a re-shuffle in the backs to ensure that the team would function well. Although not playing great rugby and with some interesting refereeing decisions, the opposition came out in the second half keen to make amends. That they did with a quick score followed by a couple more to make the game 26-12. Injuries were occurring all over the park, and the dangerous pairing of Graham and Craven in the centres saw another slicing run in order to go over the whitewash. 26-19 with a couple of minutes to play was how the score ended with Craven heading up to the 1st XV and the team finding hard to push for a draw. Evans (MoM) and Rigby were immense as ever in the second row, with Marshall (MoM) everywhere to steal the ball, or make the tackle. A win is coming.....
